Return Policy

With return authorization from Frannie Mac, ready-made handbags may be returned within 7 days after receipt only if the handbag has not been used and it remains in the original packing materials. Frannie Mac reserves the right to inspect the handbag before refund is made to you. Custom designed handbags cannot be returned. If you have any questions about this policy or need return authorization, contact us.

Guarantee

We are very proud of our designs and fabrics. We guarantee your handbag to be free of imperfections upon receipt. If you are not satisfied with your handbag, please refer to our return policy for return information.

Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the continental Unites States via the United Parcel Service. We are confident in the service they provide to us, which includes internet tracking. Please check back as policies may change.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We do not accept personal checks or provide COD service. No order is charged to your account until it has shipped.
